New Notary:
If you are a first-time applicant for a Florida notary commission you must submit a completion certificate showing that you have completed 3 hours of instruction covering the duties of a notary public.

Step 2: Then print your completed application materials right from our website.
Step 3: Take your online education course here.
Step 4: Then print the course completion certificate from the education website.
Step 5: Sign and return the signed notary application forms and course completion certificate to us at the address provided.
